Return the saliva-filled tube to the plastic casing and close tightly, discard the funnel. We recommend that you keep a record of the code you used to activate your vault, this starts GFXC and can be found on the side of the saliva-filled tube. You may be asked to provide this code in any correspondence with Genomes.io

Insert the plastic box containing the tube into the cardboard mailer box that you received with the kit, remove the adhesive covering on the inside of the lid and close the box firmly. Check the box is properly sealed.

Affix your UPS return label to the front of the box.

Affix the plastic document wallet containing the customs documents to the back of the box.

Drop your box at your nearest UPS Access Point.
